before I considered the band name of Brainiac being the combination of "Brain" and "Maniac", i had urges to throw the music in the garbage as much as i wanted to blast it. The third album, Hissing Prigs and Static Couture, sounds so much like Grass Geysers Carbon Clouds by Enon, but whole lot more included.
And the Steve Albini track is perfect.
