Discovered the band "The Dead Winter".

Haven't heard much yet, but contributions from Jack White, the girl from The Kills, and a guitarist of Queens of the Stone Age is a good start. Drums sounded real raw, lots of hip hop influence too. Powerful rock.

Class is over for my Tues/Wed school. So basically I have a month to do something while disconnected from the internet and music. I started writing jokes/comedic ideas today for the hell of it. I'll post a few tomorrow.

I'm mostly free for March. I'm aiming at South Korea early in the month, then making a trip to Nagano for some snowboarding and drinking. After that I'm heading back to the good ol U.S.A. around the 20th. Looking forward to BBQ sauce.
