In other news, the new Gorillaz album out March 9th. Perfect timing. My last day of work here in Japan is February 26th. Hoping to get to Nagano for some snowboarding and a trip abroad. Likely South Korea.
I actually attended a workshop on this in December. Although Gen X/Gen Y are slowly becoming the majority of the workforce, their thoughts are generally unrepresented in mainstream corporate America. Gen Y, those of us born after 1977, are almost completely unrepresented thought wise. The exact words of the speaker were "younger workers typically feel alienated and ignored."
