Cincinnati has always carried the reputation of being an unsuccessful city in a variety of ways "cause i said so". But being 2 and half states is surely a factor.

Newport and Covington endorsed the Cincinnati streetcar plan back in 2009, which is currently halfway through funding. I'd bet safely on 2012. Most of the proposed lines, at least on maps found on the internet, are only in Ohio. That's what made me think of it. Anyway. A route put into Kentucky shortly after the Cincinnati route would be cool. Just because it was all put up so quickly.
